- Is this exclusive?
- Yes. Founding memberships are limited by the number of weeks a property can hold, and they're offered to this list first. The exact number is set with the first property.
- Is Vomundi on sale now?
- No. We're building it and gathering the early list. Joining is free and commits you to nothing.
- How is this different from a timeshare?
- Three ways. It's points, not a fixed week in a fixed resort. It's a five or ten year term, not a deed you hold forever. And there are zero annual fees. Your unused weeks can earn rather than lapse.
- Zero annual fees, really?
- Yes. You pay once. No maintenance fees, no assessments, no later costs for the whole term.
- What happens to weeks I don't use?
- We plan to rent them on your behalf and pass on your share of the income. Income depends on occupancy and season; no return is guaranteed.
- Where is Bodrum?
- On Turkey's Aegean coast, across the water from the Greek islands. Bays, boats, old stone and a summer scene that regulars compare to the French Riviera decades ago. Istanbul is a one-hour flight away.
- What do early joiners get?
- Extra points, free of charge, added to whatever you buy when Vomundi opens, usable at any Vomundi property. The exact number will be set with the price. Joining the list costs nothing and commits you to nothing; the bonus applies if you decide to buy.
- What will it cost?
